Hardware Engineer

Negotiable

Responsibilities: 
1. Implement design schemes based on the design parameters and indicators required by customers; 
2. Be responsible for component model selection and evaluation, as well as design of hardware schematic diagrams and PCBs; 
3. Be responsible for testing & adjustment and reliability testing of hardware, as well as EMC and EMI testing and modification; 
4. Be responsible for project review for hardware design schemes, technical follow-up, and output of related technical documents. 


Qualifications: 
1. Bachelor degree or above preferably in related fields such as electronics and communications, with more than 2 years of working experience; 
2. Preferably with experience in development of power supplies, embedded systems, single chip microcomputers, sensors, data acquisition and motor drives; 
3. Be familiar with PCB drawing and four-layer layout; and be skilled in welding devices such as electric soldering iron; 
4. Excellent independent R&D and design capabilities. 

Mechanical Engineer

Responsibilities: 
1. Be responsible for mechanical design development of medical instruments, and output of engineering drawings and BOMs; 
2. Be responsible for preparing and reviewing mechanical R&D documents at all stages of the project development process; 
3. Be responsible for following up the machining, assembly and commissioning of engineering prototypes; 
4. Be responsible for continuous improvement of product design based on company or user requirements. 


Qualifications: 
1. Master degree or above in related fields such as mechanical manufacture and automation; 
2. Preferably with independent design capability; 
3. Proficiency in 3D design software such as SolidWorks, PRO(E) and UG. 

Senior Hardware Engineer

Negotiable

Responsibilities: 
1. Participate in project requirement analysis, and transform user requirements into hardware design requirements; 
2. Design hardware architecture, complete product-related hardware development tasks, establish a hardware development platform, and participate in technical reviews; 
3. Be responsible for day-to-day technical management projects of the R&D team, set job objectives and plans, and ensure sustainable development of product technologies; 
4. Actively set new technology R&D plans and organize the reserve of pre-research projects based on the Company’s product development needs. 


Qualifications: 
1. Bachelor degree or above in fields such as electronic information engineering and automation; 
2. More than 3-5 years of experience in electronic product design and development; 
3. Be proficient in ARM, FPGA and other commonly used chips, good at filtering, signal simulation and other circuit design, and able to independently complete flush-type circuit design; 
4. Be proficient in C language and real-time operating systems, and able to complete software development for embedded systems; 
5. Master system EMC design, and be familiar with common reliability design and testing methods for electronic systems. 

System Engineer

Responsibilities: 
1. Assist in establishing, improving and maintaining the Company’s quality management system; 
2. Organize appropriate publicity campaigns or training to ensure that the Company’s personnel are aware of or familiar with the requirements of the quality system; 
3. Organize quality activities such as management review and registration system examination to ensure the effective operation of ISO13485 system; 
4. Organize system document review and management, including document arrangement, revision, etc. 


Qualifications: 
1. Bachelor degree or above preferably in related fields such as bioengineering, with 3 years of quality experience; 
2. Be familiar with ISO 13485-Medical Devices-Quality Management System, GMP and other system requirements; 
3. Preferably with experience in relevant industry systems, as well as internal auditor qualification or related certifications.
