Organ Chip Flow Initiation Controller System

Organ Chip Flow Initiation Controller System

This perfusion apparatus is a rocker platform that simulates the microfluidic perfusion of organoids-on-chips (OrgOCs). It uses the shear force of the medium to simulate the biophysical properties of tissues, and creates hydrodynamic force for the culture of OrgOCs/OoCs, thus simulating the real growth environment of tissues. The apparatus comes with an attitude sensor to monitor and correct the angle and angular velocity of the swing in real time. It is capable of recording relevant parameters and moving at non-constant angular velocities and supports wireless operation at a remote terminal. In addition, it can be operated in high-humidity, temperature-controlled incubators for a long time without age related depreciation, and presents corrosion resistance to gases such as CO₂.
